How do the tariffs differ from each other?
The main difference between the tariffs is the number of drivers that are active in your tariff. More activations in the tariff - the more favourable prices you get for the work of one driver. There is no difference between tariffs in functionality, level of technical support.
Are there any hidden fees or commissions?
No. You choose your tariff for work and pay only for this tariff and additional programme modules that you are interested in. We do not charge a percentage of your earnings or any other hidden fees. We have implemented a simple and familiar subscription to the work of our programme.
What happens if I exceed the limit on the number of drivers?
If you do not have enough driver activations during the payment period, simply top up your balance by 5-10 euros. This will be enough to activate additional drivers. There is a special section in the programme where all top-ups and debits from the balance are displayed. You can see which tariff has been debited, for which additional activations, etc.
What payment methods are available and how is the billing process handled?
Payment by bank transfer, bank card or electronic payment systems is available. Invoices are issued on a monthly basis or for a longer period if necessary.
How is driver activation counted?
To debit the activation during the payment period - it is enough for the driver to complete the first order. Activations are linked to the driver's unique identifier, not to his call sign.
What is a payment period?
A payment period is the time between two payment days. For example, if your payment day is the 3rd day of each month. Your payment period could be from 3 February to 3 March. Regardless of the number of days in the month.
