API and webhooks

We realise that for many taxi services it is important not just to use a ready-made system, but to be able to integrate it with other internal or external solutions. That's why we provide an open API without restrictions. This means that you get full access to all the main functions of the system - orders, drivers, customers, payments, notifications and much more. You can use this access to integrate with your website, CRM, accounting, analytics or to create your own applications and automated work scenarios. We don't put limits on the volume or number of requests and don't charge extra for using the API. This gives you complete freedom to develop and customise the system to meet the needs of your service. We have mechanisms that can allow you to integrate your solution into telephony, workplace, driver application. You also have the possibility to realise the full presence of a person who acts uniformly at different stages of work with an order or a driver.
